Solo Beginner
Beginner Package:
This beginner package is designed to introduce clients to the STOTT PILATES®️️ principles and help them become familiar with the Reformer and its safe use. Through three energetic one-hour private sessions (priced as ½ hour each), you’ll learn the fundamentals of Pilates while preparing to confidently join group Reformer classes. The focus will be on proper setup, technique, and building a solid foundation for future workouts.
Equipment Classes
Beginner Reformer:
Begin your Pilates journey with this introductory Reformer class. Designed for those new to Pilates, you’ll improve your strength, flexibility, and posture while learning to connect your body and mind in a supportive environment on the Reformer.
Beginner Mat/Reformer:
This entry-level class offers a blend of mat and Reformer Pilates, perfect for newcomers. Focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture as you learn the basics of Pilates, whether you prefer to work on the mat or Reformer.
Reformer:
Experience an energetic Reformer workout that incorporates STOTT PILATES® principles to target your abs, glutes, arms, and legs. This class is ideal for Pilates beginners or anyone seeking to complement their active lifestyle with a total-body, low-impact workout on the Reformer.
Level 2 Reformer:
Elevate your fitness with this dynamic Level 2 Reformer class designed to enhance core strength, improve flexibility, and tone muscles from head to toe. Build on endurance and stamina while targeting key areas like the arms, legs, and core. Ideal for those with a solid foundation in Pilates, this class pushes you to the next level of strength and flexibility.
Reformer Jumpboard:
Kick your cardiovascular fitness into high gear with this high-energy Reformer Jumpboard Pilates class. Designed for intermediate and advanced participants, this class challenges your endurance while toning and strengthening muscles, all in a faster-paced, dynamic environment.
Virtual and Hybrid Circuit Pilates:
Rev up your fitness with this high-intensity, fast-paced Circuit Pilates class, blending cardio, strength, and Pilates principles. Incorporating both small and large Pilates equipment, you’ll tone and sculpt your entire body while staying motivated through each challenging circuit.
Mat Classes
Hybrid Mat Pilates:
Perfect for beginners, this introductory class explores the fundamentals of STOTT PILATES® mat exercises. Strengthen your body and mind while improving flexibility, posture, and overall strength. Whether online or in-person, this class provides a great starting point for newcomers to Pilates.
Virtual Osteopilates:
Join Jennifer Alford, a Registered Physiotherapist, in this online Osteopilates class focused on bone health and injury prevention. Learn how to safely reduce fracture risk, increase bone density, and improve your strength and mobility—feeling great inside and out.
